Artist's Statement
"I try to express in mere moments what nature does in many centuries. The wooden sculptures of aging stone, covered with moss and beauty, birds that look soft and alert, as if living in an instant of time balanced between the past and future, are mine to sculpt. My goal as an artist is to create peace, grace and beauty, to invoke pleasant memories hidden within, to show nature's unique fragile place on earth. "
